GENERAL
The BMW Concept iX3 is an all-electric SUV from BMW, which was unveiled as a concept car at the Auto China 2018 show in Beijing. The German automaker claims a range of 250 miles of range for the all-electric SUV, which is expected to go to market in 2020 and interestingly, BMW confirmed that it will be first produced in Shenyang, China by its BMWBrilliance joint venture.

The BMW Concept iX3 is the first fully-fledged all-electric Sports Activity Vehicle — with all the functionality, comfort, and performance that have come to define that class.
BMW presents the iX3 concept as the first example of its next generation of electric vehicles that it plans to launch starting in 2020.
A NEW AESTHETIC
Classic design cues find a new expression in the BMW Concept iX3, and add extra benefits too. The redesigned kidney grille with blue BMW i accents reduces air resistance, while the light alloy wheels have been aerodynamically optimized. Even with these evolutions, the body maintains the sophisticated, powerful — and undeniably BMW — design of a Sports Activity Vehicle.
