Tell me about the Tesla Model 3 warranty.

Every Tesla vehicle is protected by a New Vehicle Limited Warranty for 4 years or 50,000 miles, whichever comes first.
The warranty on the Model 3 battery and drive unit is 8 years or 100,000 miles, whichever comes first, with minimum 70% retention of battery capacity over the warranty period.
Used Model 3 vehicles are covered by the remaining balance of the original New Vehicle Limited Warranty and also the remaining balance of the original Battery and Drive Unit Limited Warranty.

The seller claims he is selling a Tesla Model 3 Performance, but the car has no performance wheels, brake calipers and carbon fiber spoiler. So, is he lying?

Actually, there are Model 3 Performance vehicles with no Performance package. This package is solely cosmetic and does not affect the car’s acceleration and top speed.
We recommend to get the VIN of the vehicle and check with Tesla Customer Support to be 100% sure.
